Beautiful rides with a tired guy.

Alexandra to Bannockburn:
Eating 2 pies for breakfast? hellll yeah
Choosing 2 weird flavors (kiwi breakfast smorgasbord, smash burger)? hell no
River track out of Alexandra? hell yeah
Lake Dunstan Trail with its crazy bridges and cliffs? hell yah
Napping in the grass outside a fancy winery? yell hah
Fighting off birds from eating my fries? hell naw
Chocolate mousse? yeah that’ll do it




























Some lessons and intentions for me for the last couple days of this adventure:
- Feel all the stuff – turn towards
- It’s all part of it – logistics nightmares, breakdowns, etc.
- Don’t forget to tell myself that I’m proud of myself
- Listen to myself (head, heart, body) and take care of myself
- Be here, now
- Take it all in, savor it, smell the roses, walk the bike, soak it in, enjoy all of it – the place, the people, the big moments, the moments in between, the pain, the pleasure, all. of. it.
